Beauchat VX-4 First stage, is there any possibility I can get the parts to make it work again?

Rusty, Check out this thread. If you download the Beuchat guide from VDH it should give you the O-ring specs. I am not sure about the seats. @widget implies that it should take a generic seat. I am not sure if she is still in business but Laura from Scuba 123 bought the Beuchat inventory when they closed up shop in the U.S. The website looks dead but you could try to call the number and ask if she still has any.

The Beuchat VX 4 is very basic, I would repair it, still a good solid product. There are generic HP seat's around which fit and work fine, check at Trident.
As for o-rings etc, I still have the manuals here somewhere, if you need a copy of them I will go look for them, just let me know, but be aware, it may take a few days......
