Just wondering if any one combinds a beanie cap with a wetsuit hood
This weekend, my son and I dove at Dutch Springs in Pa, we work 7mm's but my 13yr son is alot more sensitive to cold then I am etc etc, he was wearning a 6mm to 6.5mm ?? hood and complained it was really cold. I had no problem with a 7mm hood. Just wondering if I could use a 2 to 2.5mm beanie to cover the 6mm hood- anyone else have any luck doing this??

I've worn a beanie under the hood. It work great keeping the vent holes from letting the water in. HTH
