Sunday AM dive, looking for a beach dive to quick depths with parking of course. Either north shore or south shore to cape. any ideas? Also, any wrecks accessible by beach dives?

Finally what would one guess as the best loobstering areas around south shore MA?

Good luck finding someone to tell you best lobstering areas. If they are good, most won't want to share.

You are right. Out of concern that they will want to go back to your spots with other people. Ahem.... ;)

Only beach wreck I am aware of in Massachusetts is a Tug Boat off of Sandwich Town Beach (cape cod canal). Not very deep though the area is max maybe 35ft and not much left of the wreck. Find the first house to the left of the beach (facing the water) Straight out from that house...goodluck

there are NO secret beach bug-spots, they are pretty well documented. It's all those "boaters" with the private hunting grounds... :11:

cheers all

I thought it was out of concern for the lovable lobsters and the preservation of their species. It's just simple conservation of our valuable water resources, right? :eyebrow:

If you are looking for a dive this sunday morning on the South Shore, I suggest you hookup with North Atlantic Scuba @ Brant Rock in Marshfield off RT139 8:30am (sunday) July 25th

happy hunting and please "play by the rules" all. One inappropriate diver makes us all look bad! And will make the rules even more strict.

cheers

You are not going to find any depth over 25 fsw on any south shore beach dive(unless you dive fresh). So, if depth is a priority, go North.

This 3 wk old sinus infection SUX! I'll be back after the DNC(no, I am not a delegate!).

Happy Lobstering,
