We have stayed at Den Laman 4 or 5 times in the past 4 years. Andre was a little rough around the edges, but never a problem. He protected what he paid for. I am planning to go back to Den Laman in April, as long as my tanks are 32% and at 3000psi I am good.

I have DFB tank card and when I picked up a tank at Sand Dollar the other day was told I could pick up a tank on the pier and dive from the pier if I was planning to dive Bari Reef, so I don't know if anyone is enforcing exclusivity.
I got a Den Laman news letter this morning basically announcing Dive Friends and it mentioned that Andre had retired which is what I figured the case was.
