I am not familiar with these particular BC's but both Dacor and Cressi Sub are companies with a very long tradition in producing dive gear and are reputable.
The most important thing in a BC would be a proper fit. It is less important what name is on the BC as long as it fits you, makes you comfortable and suits your diving. It means that when you know what style you want, you should try as many different models as possible in order to compare and find out which is the most comfortable for you.
There are many things to consider:
Where will you be diving? What kind of other gear will you be using(tanks, suit, etc.)?
What kind of diving would you like to be doing in couple of years?
Jacket style or back inflation?
With or without weight integration?

I have a Sea Quest Pro QD. It does it job very well and I'm pleased with this product. Fits me well and fulfills my needs for rereational diving. Whether it is the right one for you, this I don't know
