Batik Sorong to CGK Flight Change: Any Suggestion?

Hello,

Thanks to all the great help received on this board, we booked all our flights to our Dec RA LOB trip. .

But recently, I found that I made a mistake on the flight date on the one way Batik flight from Sorong to CGK when I booked it online. So I went back to the website to change it , but only got "Unable to proceed to change flights" message. And tried to call their customer service +603-78415388 (as shown on their website), but it always went to a call center in Malasia that is never open.

Anyone with experience changing a flight on Batik after booking it online? THanks in advance for your help!

I feel for you. Lion Air/Batik customer service is a special kind of hell.

I have zero idea why you have a Malaysian number for Batik Air? Did you book through some third party site?
