Funny thing is you can buy these here in Brazil too but it's illegal to use them with lead shot. Apparently for environmental reasons as they generate lead dust which is not the best thing to be breathing or spreading around.

I agree. Nitrox is so much better as a breathing gas.

Buy some lead melt and pour it in a muffin tin you can make them a light as you want
or up to three pound depending on the muffin tin. Do not do it indoors.

I feel if I am not balanced left and right I seem to roll slightly to the heavier side which increases resistance.

Buy some copper plated shot.

Luckily I can get one pound soft weights. You might try to make your own. Just sew up some type of bag and put in the amount you need of copper bb's.
