Ummmm, off the top of my head, current balanced piston (BP) regs are:
1. Scubapro (Mk25 is their current BP, in a long line of great BP's)
2. Atomic (all their 1st stages are BP)
3. HOG BP1 (their recently released BP)
4. Halcyon (has a BP that is a rebranded Scubapro)
And I think there were some "generic" BP's made by ODS in Taiwan, not sure what brand name they were sold under.

I dont know if it is still available, but Oceanic had a good balanced piston first stage too.
