We are going on our first dive boat trip for the OW cert dives and will be renting our rigs and wetsuits. We will need to carry our gear from the hotel room to the boat dock and back. Any suggestions on what kind of bag to get? Should I wait to sink money into a more expensive bag until we decide what gear will will be buying at a later date? Thanks for the help.

Armour has an extra large web (so water can leak out) bag that has shoulder straps. Folds up nice and neat under the boat seat unlike a lot of the ones with wheels that boat cpts just love.

Plus it has a dry bag attached inside and a wet bag outside.

the whole thing cost me $35....and it is built like its name.

Try the Armor...or ... Armour bag web site....not sure how it is
spelled since i am stuck here in korea for three months and my bag is back in nc.

later...rich

All my gear except BCD fits nicely into a $20 duffel from Target. The 30"x15"x13" size even hold my oversize XL Blades fins. Just don't get something that has metal hardware that will rust.

Unlike monster-sized bags with wheels, you can fold up a duffel bag and store it out of the way after you lay out the gear on a boat.

Thanks for the info. Just purchased 3 Armor Deluxe Mesh backpacks. They ought to do well.
