Today, Fat Dogs announced that they (he) has moved to Kaya Industria 17. No more walking over from Den Laman to get tacos. Well, it was nice while it lasted.

I chatted with Tim a few months ago when I ate at Fat Dogs, and he mentioned he was looking to expand his operation. Nice that he is moving forth with his ideas.

Based on what I’ve seen, it seems like he’s leaving the kiosk and starting his food truck. I kept looking for some sign that it would be both, but haven’t seen anything to indicate that. I wish him well, and maybe I’ll get out to the new location when we’re next down there.
