I had two steel 100's, bought them the same time, always used them together. Back in June we dove Dutch Springs, one of the tanks I had re-filled (Nitrox) at the quarry before closing time. I've since had them both VIPped. The one that was filled at Dutch had a "dark substance coating the inside of the tank," which took my local dive tech over 12 hours to tumble -- and it's still "dirty." He said the media they used to tumble the tank was so oily it took him 2 hours to clean the media. It could have been a "burp" of oil or something from the compressor, a one-time occurance. Or it could have been an ongoing problem. Anyone else have an issue with nitrox fills at Dutch Springs this summer?
