I found used backscatter red filters. The vendor says he bought them for GoPro 4 but there is some kind of adaptor he described more or less as a thin bungee to put around the camera case (?) that makes them compatible with GoPro 5 and above. Does it make sense? Which accessory could he talking about?

I think that’s the one
The guy described it as ‘elastic’ ?? Anyway perhaps I misunderstood. These ones, just want to make sure they are compatible with GoPro 6 and Super Suit

Need more bread crumbs to understand what you are asking. There is a lens port adapter that is assembled between the Backscatter aluminum filter frame and camera housing. The GoPro 5/6 use a thin adapter while the 4 uses a thicker adapter.

Replacement FLIP5 & FLIP6 Lens Port Adapter for GoPro HERO5 & HERO6 Super Suit Housing

I had to assemble exactly this kind of adapter between the frame and the camera housing for my Go Pro 6. Honestly I found it quite difficult. I thought eventually I managed to set it up and the frame looked well tightened to the housing but it wasn’t the case. The frame opened during a dive and fell off from the housing, so I had to store it and didn’t use the filters during this trip. Perhaps there is a tutorial on how to assemble it properly or otherwise there is a way to replace it with something else, like an o ring, to be used as an adapter

Check out this video for all the questions and information for the flip system, I have over 30 dives with mine on a gopro5 and never fell off or had any issues,

Thank you will check it out
I think I already watched the same video but I will try to install the filter following this video step by step
Does backscatter have also a forum or chat for assistance?
Thanks

I've used BackScatter's flip system since my 3+ days. I have them on housings for both my 5 and 6 housings and even my new iSota housing. Can't wait to get to Cozumel to try them out! Woot!!!

BTW, be sure one of the filters is flipped down, the frame is loose and the proper spacer is inserted before trying to put it on the camera. Get the fit just right, aligned and square before you tighten that puppy down and even then, do it in slowly. Making sure that the filter lies flat on the GoPro housing will allow you to get maximum hold since it will be square all the way around.

I could not manage to solve the problem using the puppy. I just added pipe duct tape and a short cord with a Poacher's knot in case the frame slips off in the water. In that case at least it wouldn't sink down but remain tied up onto the camera mount
