Hi there :)

I was just wondering with those who use a BP and wing, whatis your choice of ballest system? For example , Bowstone weightbelt or harness weightbelt, perhaps the Halcyon ACB setup. Looking forward to your replies, cheers

I use a DUI weight harness and depending on the suit I have anywhere from 6#-14# ditchable in the harness. With the harness I keep some hanging on me and it keeps the plate setup from getting too heavy. I keep the amount in the harness low enough that I float with the harness and wetsuit. I don't like weight belts having had one slip.
