Thanks Tobin and Kraken for the ideas. I spent about 3 hours on the bp and sta over the weekend. I hit every edge with the dremel and carbide bit followed by some sanding with cloth-backed strips of 120 grit "shoe shine" style. All the edges were soft as butter. Through a friend of a friend, I found a guy that bead-blasted the plate and sta with some medium/fine glass bead today, and they look awesome! Very nice, clean, durable finish that doesn't show fingerprints and is very distinctive looking (and saved me all the rubbing with the scotchbrite pads). Harness gets rigged tonight and she get's her baptism this Sunday. I can't wait to join the ranks of the kool-aid drinkers. I'll post some pics when I get a chance.
