background info on hunting lobster in Mass

Hey guys, trying to put together some numbers for NH with regards to the affect divers have on the lobster fishery.

Does anyone know what year the law was passed for Mass divers to hunt lobster? And what year the law went into affect?

Also, is anyone aware of any formal studies that have been completed in mass that take into account the affect divers have on the lobster fishery?
