So the W/BP setup or Express Tech are not weight intergrated, correct? I was really looking forward to weight intergrated after years of wearing the weight belt. What are ya'll thoughts?

You can add weight pockets if you want to. The is a long thread on the Express Tech

See my previous post! Yes, I bought integrated weight pockets as an option.

Made the switch from Jacket to Back-Inflate, I must say that the Back-Inflate is much nicer IMO. Both have strong points, but as has been said above: proper weighting will keep you from pitching forward on your face at the surface. Rear trim pouches are your friends.

An Express Tec is a back inflate... A BP/W is a back inflate. Even if you're properly weighted there is a slight tendency to be pushed forward. Although it's not a face plant as some might suggest. Just lean back a bit and life is good.

Adding just enough air to hold your chin above water probably works if the water is smooth. As the waves get bigger the more air you'll add.

i like back inflates.
