Back from an amazing week in Curacao!

Hey all,

I just returned from a trip to Curacao. 11 Dives later I must say the reefs there are beautiful. Most abundant and lively coral I have ever seen. Besides all the fish we got a chance to see a spotted eagle ray, tons of morays, some rather large crabs, and some turtles.

I also want to thank Everyone on the island for being wonderful hosts. Special thanks to Sunshine for helping us plan the trip, hosting us with a wonderful lunch, and all the reccomendations she had for us during the end of our stay. Also, thanks to all at Ocean Encounters West.

I highly reccomend this trip to everyone, really great shore diving... Just steer clear of Bahia appartments and their dive shop in Lagun : )

Whet my appetite! Leave Staurday for a week in Curaqcao at the Royal Sea Aquarium Resort and diving with Ocean Encounters. How was the weather?

The weather was great. We found that some mornings were overcast, even looking like heavy rain, but by 11-noon the sky cleared and the rest of the day was perfect. A quick sunshower here and there... but we arrived shortly after a storm/rough seas and still, great visibility
