Avalon Harbor Underwater Cleanup

Catalina Scuba Luv is just up the street from the green pier and you should get a coupon for a free air fill with the packet you will get in the mail shortly before the event. If you are bringing a tank, your best bet is to have it filled before you make the trip over and use that for the dive.
The cleanup is a one dive deal. You do not get multiple dives during the event. Once you are out of the water you are done in the harbor. But you can still head to the point or to Scuba Luv to get your tank filled and dive the point after the event.

My Hubby and I will be there... however... this will be the second time in the 14 years of diving that I won't be able to actually dive... First due to knee surgery... and now we are expecting a little boy in May... Even if I COULD dive...(which I can't while Preggers) I don't think I fit into my wetsuit anymore!! LOL My hubby will be diving and we are bringing along a couple of newbies that has been wanting to do this for years.

I thought that I would wait till after he learned how to dirt bike ride at age 1...LOL

Right now he is swimming getting ready... he has also learned that to REALLY practice those underwater flips and inverts... he needs to bounce off my bladder at just the right spot!!! LOL
