Austin Swampers Happy Hour

Brought this over from the SuperSwamper HH thread. Thought it deserved it's own thread so is easier to see.

Here is as far as we got on there toward picking a time and place...

IMO, the Schulz Beer Garden would be an ideal place for an Austin Swampers Happy Hour...

How about Hula Hut. Its central and on the water.

I'm not crazy about Hula Hut, but I'm game for just about anyplace.

For me, the more important detail is WHEN. (This pesky on-call stuff really puts a damper in my social life!)

So, for the rest of the Austin Swampers, let your voices be heard

How about Saturday 8/15 or 8/22? That gives folks some time to schedule accordingly. For the time say 7:00 ish.

As for other places, there is Johnnie Finns, Shady Grove, Chewey's, Trudies, Seranos...

Count me in. I also like the 12th as I'm heading way up North o' the Red River on the 18. Gonna drop my kid at college and do Dutch Springs. Lets pick a place near the water. Finn's, Carlo's, Hula Hut ...
