1m viz is plenty! All I need is about half a metre and that is enough to find things for photos

But really, when does the novelty of diving wear off? I thought I would be less inclined to dive all the time by this many dives, but that doesn't seem to have happened...

i think of it as being more particular Shelia.....

Sas sees water and says woohooo, lets go diving

i look at water and think is my gear worthy of this, is this water worthy of getting my gear wet

P.S. Burna, Michael reckoned the viz was 5m at Mordialloc... so yea, I think we need to do a proper measurement next time as we all came out with different estimates

Nice pics BTW. I'm taking sickies galore ATM but 'tis no good 'cause I really am sick! My head is full of cold and my ears feel like they're gunna explode! Off to the quack this morning, hope he gives me some good drugs to clear this up quick 'cause if I can't dive this weekend, my first weeend off for about 2 months, then I'll be seriously pi$$ed! :furious:

Sudafed ain't what it used to be! I think they've taken all the good stuff out. Damned kids!!!

Hope it clears up soon ... you can still buy the old type sudafed with the sudaephedrine, you just have to ask for it and produce identification like a drivers licence.

They keep it under the counter!!!!!

Well if you dive often enough your gear will stay wet and you will never need to wash it

It's not swine flu??? Well I hope you are right for the weekend. We are going to try for a night dive Thurs and afternoon + night dives Saturday. Not sure where we will go Thurs, will see Michael tonight and figure it out, any preference??

Yea Sudafed is so watered down now. They give you the third degree if you want the more potent stuff. I generally go for the less hardcore stuff as I can't be bothered and that seems to work ok. Though last time I went they handed me over the hardcore stuff no questioned asked! I can bring it on the weekend if you like

Thanks Guys but the quack says I've got an ear infection and has given me some anti-biotics. He reckons it's not swine flu, but, I said,...that doesn't explain the tail! :mooner:
I think I got it from Paul. Can you catch swine flu via email?

He also says not to dive on the weekend - bummer!

But that's 5 days away, so, I might see how I go.

Play it by ear so to speak!! Ahhh, I crack myself up! I wont be laughing though if I'm sitting at home next W/E looking at your photos here on SB!

Coffs Harbour...so close but yet so far..............

hubby is off to Coffs for the Oceanic conference.. he gets to Kempsey (90mins away from Coffs) and is told its flooded out and he has to go around via the new england highway and Armadale (heck, i had to google armadale as Kempsey is as country as ive ever been)... which is gunna take about SIX HOURS!
