Hey you don't have to get big and fancy.. some of us use rather old (5years is old for digital). You can probably get something fairly reasonable on Ebay

Seems like the cases are almost as expensive as the camera. Might have a look on Ebay though.

Sas and I have Sony DSCP93 5.1 pixels no strobes or attachments. Sony made a Marine pack for this camera so you may be able to get both on E-bay if you watch. It has a manual setting you can play with.

I have a Nikon digital Point and shoot and the housing is almost as expensive as the camera!

Oh it is not too expensive to get an underwater camera setup! Mine cost approximately $75 all up Ebay for second hand stuff. I got the case for free (Tks petunia!) but there are cheap complete setups around if you don't mind second hand stuff.

I have always enjoyed Ebay and have purchased many differnet items off of Ebay. There is nothing wrong with second hand stuff. You're right it is less expensive and may be the way to go! I'll have to check it out!

Actually I found out that there is a case already for a camera I already have Going to get it from the US as its half the price there.

Not normally I find the torch overexposes.. I use the manual setting for macro and auto with flash turned off (thanks for that tip Sas) for distance shots.
