Taken from DiveBuddy - looks like a meet and greet if interested.

"High tide is again at 9:01 PM Sorry but no blue moon this time. This is a short shallow slow drift dive, enter before high tide and then as it changes flush you back to the stairs or you might want to spend the whole dive in one spot looking for seahorses."

Four sets of divers (8 folks) showed up - lots to see - a ton of seahorses, crabs, tropicals this time I actually got some video I hope, Comb Jellies (learned the name tonight - WhiteFang21 thought it was an alien) love the colors when they glow with the light, a really mad squid (boy was he red - maybe because I was chasing him... :D a shy critter) and some "silver dollar fish" (I have no idea what they were but they were silver and very thin and not very round but round enough to make me think of silver dollars). Really cool stuff tonight and again lots of fun.
Everyone is starting to get to know each other and it is nice to have a crew of folks diving... Just over an hour dive - minimum temperature was 69 but it was mostly 70 degrees at 12 feet deep and viz was about 4 to 5 feet.
We are talking about trying a shore dive in September if we can find one that we can all park and dive... Dual Wrecks was thrown out but that may be a no go with permissions needed - so we will start looking and sometime after Labor Day when the beach crowds start to dwindle we may pick a site and try it - more to follow.
I took some video but don't have time to play with editing yet - I am hoping some of it came out... :D
Will post when I get a chance.

Sorry I couldn't make this one. I was in a plane overhead flying home. I did look down and saw a few sets of lights in the water. Was that you guys?

I have been itching to do a shore dive so let's start planning for one. I have been wanting to scope out the double wreck parking situation.

We talked about it last night - after Labor Day when the crowds die down - we will try to come up with a few shore dive options...
