Is it set-up [adjustments according to spec's] properly ???......Try tweaking the spec's first before 'shaving' or altering parts....Sometimes going on the high/low side [even slightly over/under] of spec's can solve a problem........
ATX50 purge gets stuck quite often in silty environment.
