Atomic Octopus any thoughts?

Just get which ever Atomic 2nd you like. They are all basically the same sans a few parts namely the inlet tube being either Ti or Brass. Other than that the only difference is the graphics. BTW one can take an old Z1 and rebuild it into a Z2 or M1. Where as an old B1 can made into a B2, ST1, or T2.

Get whichever one you want and get whatever yellow cover they have available. I think they are interchangeable.

Or do you care what it says on the front of the reg?

I personally doubt a diver desperate for air will spend time looking for a yellow cover... but anything's possible

Got a good deal on a Z1. Nice bright yellow front cover and I've stuck on a 1m miflex hose - job done!
