DeepScuba, I think the next tournament will be in a few months. I plan on setting up two dart boards in my basement. We just have to wait until I'm finished the rennovations.

Until then, if you think you're up to the challenge, I'll gladly kick your....
Whoa....STOP....right there....

Bring whatever you got on over....or next time I'm in Ontario, I'll stop by to give you a lesson....I'll toss some spikes and down some pints with just about anyone any time for any reason.

Darts is not just a game...it's a way of life.

Yabbutt it's Canadian beer, so we'll have to put you on a nipple lest you fall face first on the floor by 8:00PM

hehheheh

And you ain't pukin' in my house!

It matters not if it's canuck brew....I can hold it and hit the board while under the influence...in the event, that I get to re-visit my early evening intake, that just means there's room for more beer

Has anyone tried the new M1 series by Atomic?

My local shop has recently brought them into the shop and they are raving about them but I'm hesitant to leave my S600/Jetstream combo.

:bouncesbl I dive an Atomic M-1 and love it! Before the M-1 I dove a B-1. My Octo is also an Atomic Z-1. As far as trying to convince divers using comparable regulators that the Atomic is the best... forget it! Most will think that whatever regulator they have chosen is the best. I try never to get into forums which compare the best fin, BC, etc.

I did notice that the M-1's second stage is a little bigger and seems heavier in the jaw then the B-1. I don't think a diver can go wrong with any Atomic regulator.

The only disadvantage of the Atomic line that I can see is if you travel to some parts of the world that have very limited parts/repair facilities where you might not be able to get them serviced, etc. :thumb:

Now that sounds more like an honest answer.

What kinds of conditions have you tested it in? How do you find the ease of breathing on it?

DS - you are one to talk about putting back the beer and being able to handle it. Weren't you feeling a little happy after only a few the other night?

very true in my situation....

DS - you are soooo anal I know you'd go nuts with us all over there. But why would we want to hang out there when my t.v's bigger?

Uhg, I knew the "size thing" would come into play sooner or later :-(

Hey I'm all for it, it's your place. I'll even invite Big-T to show us how to really play darts! (And drink so he says).

We all know I'm too old for too much drinking, but don't forget, I was drinking British pints, and not wimpy beers.

Anways, where were we...............Atomics.

Whatever. I'm totally with 6Gill on this one.

Atomics are fine regs, and I've never said anything different.

6Gill says quite rightly, there's not too many people that will say that their gear is inferior to the next guys.

I dunno, I don't have gear hang-ups or gear envy. I have just my personal opinion, which only matters to me. Let me know the day I no longer can make a personal comment lest I be shot on sight!

I felt I had to clarify, as I got some flack via private means last night. I guess someone felt slighted by an innocent comment I had made.

As always, I encourage people to look at things with a clear and level head.

Regards

DS
