Are service kits for their titanium 2d stages so great that there is currently a shortage of the service kits?

Innocent question, is there supposed to be a reason the 2nd stage kits vary between the Ti and non Ti versions? Aren’t they the same exact design (excluding TFX and SS1)

I expect you are correct in your assumption. Still trying to determine why the local dive shop says they are unavailable.
I’m not well versed in the realm of Atomics; but that sounds like they either pulling your leg or lack some basic critical thinking :/
AFAIR From the schematics I looked at before; besides trim parts and the extra comfort swivel parts; they (Z/M/B/T) have the same design, orings, and (probably/don’t remember) lp seat; the diff is the reg material choices
Maybe they don’t have the comfi swivel part and wanna be honest about servicing the whole thing
Edit: Also, just remembered, the store I know that sells them here in Germany (and others in EU) label kits as: 1st Stg kits and 2nds Kit, bo distinction

NESS has the service kits for sale on their website. As such, I would say the service kits are available.

I would think John at NESS would be happy to do a service for @CRT2 too - worth a call or email.
I see some part number variance here.. I am not so sure if that is different size, duro, material....

What specific parts are you seeing as different? The inlet tube of course and the lever for T3 is "gold"
