another quarry or two changing hands made me think about this quarry being for sale in the past...

so did this quarry ever sell? I think they were asking a million bucks right?

I'd read somewhere that it was stickered at $1.6MM...to hear that it's fallen to less than 1/3 of that is not a surprise. Although they've done alot with that place...I wouldn' pay that much for some hole in the ground in the middle of Texas. For that money, you could setup a NICE operation on blue water...
 
It's a good investment, it's one of those places that'll have customers almost always. As long as there are new divers who need OW cert they'll have customers. I'd buy it, but my initial offer would be a bit lower if I had the money.
