Hey nice laod of dinners you got there!!!!
I dive out of O.C.Maryland and the trick is to keep eating the "trash fish" and tell everyone on the dock they are for your buddy's crab trap. I would hate to let a good secret out.

Here in Texas we members of the 'Dead Fish Society' eat Sheepsheads along with Barracuda, our staple.

LOL! You asked me the same thing when I posted pics of sheepshead Is it so hard to believe that they taste good?

When I moved to AL, I was suprised that people were eating mullet... They turned out to taste pretty good as well, if you eat em fresh. Guess they're not as much a trash fish as I'd thought.

sheepshead are good eating, I used to live up north where we had freshwater sheepshead which were junk fish not saltwater though they are good eating just a pain to clean in my opinion. they have such large scales which makes them hard to clean. I can't figure why people dont like them other than the cleaning.
