Great pictures but what did you do with the Sheephead?????

...what did you do with the Sheephead?????

LOL! You asked me the same thing when I posted pics of sheepshead :) Is it so hard to believe that they taste good?

When I moved to AL, I was suprised that people were eating mullet... They turned out to taste pretty good as well, if you eat em fresh. Guess they're not as much a trash fish as I'd thought.

once i get home let my wife see them :-))
she's the same sized lady seeing on one of the pics :-))
we'll post our pics also made yesterday in mediterranian sea.

Mullet are pretty good for "tossing" across the state line during drinking festivals also in this state. It's pretty much become a tradition.

Heh... Mullet toss...

At last year's Mullet Toss we took my buddies Whaler to Flora-Bama and beached her on the little cove across the highway(river side). We were fairly hammered leaving out(I wasn't piloting). When the 'captain' went to grab the truck at the boatramp, he had my buddy hold onto the bowline to keep the boat from drifting away. Buddy just drifted right off the dock with the boat in slow motion - hillarity ensued!
