Is the Zena supposed to have a non-slip plate under the lower tank band?

Is there a lumbar pad for the Zena? ScubaToys says that the lumbar pad is attached at the bottom by the cummerbund strap, but the Zena doesn't have a cummerbund. If so what is the part number?

There is no lumbar pad for the Zena.
