You can also take a look at the new Mares "Kaila" BCD. This bc is created specifically for women by women. I've had many women try it on and say it is the most comfortable they've tried. With the new air cell, this bcd creates great comfort both on the surface and in water, as well great bouyancy with 41lbs in size L.

I've also heard a lot of people say that back inflate BC's push you forward in the water. My wife and I both dive back inflates, and neither of us has ever had any hint of being pushed forward. The lady hawk is also nicely cut for females.

Does anyone know of a women's cut BCD that comes in an extra large? I am somewhat "fluffy" and the Large just isn't quite it

If you can, try a Zeagle Zena. Is is very specifically made for women, and with it's modular design you can customize the fit for your body. This BC has a wing, so it's 100% back inflate, and it's very minimal in design.
