Personally I like the Polls.
WWII was hard on them, and they are the butt of a lot of jokes, but they make a darn good sausage.

A Swede did. While I consider myself just American, my great grandfather came from Sweden. Can't touch the Polls when it comes to that sausage, but we can give the Italians a run in the meatball department.
