Are Torpedo Rays old news?

Because they will wrap their wings around you and give you an electrical jolt like you never felt before. If you are lucky you'll get the warning (back off you're bugging me) jolt and not the full (It's either you or me) jolt that could leave you SOL.

Late in August we were diving at Old Garden Beach and also saw the torpedo ray--must be the same one--somewhat smaller than the one I have seen at Folly. I didn't see him last week when we were at OGB.
