Are there any locking shut-off valves?

I'm looking for some inline shut-off valves that have a locking or two stage or double-action to move them from open to close and vice versa? (basically so they can't accidentally slide open or closed by themselves). Does anyone know of any?

Dive Rite puts an in line shut off valve on their Choptima and it has a clip type lock on it.

I’m actually there looking for a m26 din conversion (wanna see if I keep the wells marine for diving in Germany, but I digress)
If I find it I might try to order the shutoff with it to try it (if it aint crazy expensive)
