I'd be pretty happy to get from Michigan to BON for $695. We have to find a good price from a regional airport through ATL. Detroit Metro is more expensive.
I think lorenzoid that lives in Atlanta and said it's cheaper to go elsewhere and fly back into Atlanta than it is to just fly out of ATL.

I'm pricing Scotland right now. It's hundreds cheaper to connect through Heathrow into Edinburgh than it is to get off the same flight at Heathrow.

Silly airlines

600 price range is pretty good. No deal out of Houston. It's usually closer to $1000. I did notice last year that United was running some promotional fares starting in May/June..I seem to remember those dates were for travel thru November.

I got 670 and 700 out of portland maine through newark for May 13-20. It doesn't get lower than that to Bonaire from here.

After today's bull$hit.. I'm done flying united.. Delta is still flying to Bonaire

I'm curious what Delta's (or any other major carriers) policy is for a similar situation?

The exact same thing. And they've all done it. United is average as far as bumps go. The story the public is seeing from Chicago is incomplete.

Raise the money till you get the 4 seats.. That man is going to have a hell of a lawsuit... He was not unruly, or fighting back.. He had paid for his seat and was sitting in it... The airline removed him to deadhead a flight crew.. Not because the flight was over booked..

They just had to sweeten the deal.. Four round trip tickets any where we fly and a $800 - $1000 cash... They would have gotten the seats... They were just being a$$holes about it..
Jim....

He agreed to give up his seat if asked. Everyone that flies agrees to that. He left the plane. Then he got stupid and ran back onto the plane and was only then forcibly removed. United could have planned ahead better, but this guy was not only in violation of his contract, but of federal law. Like it or not, he has no case. United may settle, but when aircrew tells you to get off the plane you get off the plane. No other option exists.

Well I only know what I have heard from people on the flight and watched the video. Your story is not the same as the story being shown on CNN or what is being talked about on Facebook..
