The short answer is "Yes".

The blue silicone is the same silicone used by some manufacturers to make PEG tubes (a G-tube/feeding tube that is inserted through as small incision in the abdomen for those in the non-medical world) The silicone is bacterio-resistant - bugs don't stick to it - by composition. And, as previously mentioned, is also much softer than the clear silicone.

So for more than a few reasons, the blue is around to stay!!

All she-p's shipped will now be blue.
