The yellow leotards are what happens when government bureaucracy (once again) gets the opportunity to embarrass itself in public view.

Somehow, wearing the 'Tards (I like calling them this now) makes the university lawyers happier. It clearly identifies sanctioned divers from *illegal divers*. Who these latter people are is open to speculation, but Texas State doesn't want them inside Spring Lake. They're probably terrorists. :comeandge

The 'Tards also make you more visible to boat drivers. Granted a boat driver would have to be both blind and illiterate, and a diver actually on or near the surface, for a boat strike to occur. But *somehow*, those 'Tards make all the difference. :classic:

The new suits sure look snazzy, though. We can all realize our dreams of looking like giant plump bananas. :banana:
