How are the Titan LX supreme regulators environmentally sealed? I've read that the older models are dry sealed, but cant find any information on how the latest models are sealed. I've also read that some regulators are sealed by using some sort of oil or antifreeze. Are there any pros and cons on how a first stage is sealed?

Thanks in advanced

Jon

All balanced Aqualung diaphragm 1.stages are environmentally sealed, but not all of them have an environmentally sealed dry chamber.

The actual TITAN LX SUPREME has this dry chamber, TITAN LX has it not.

The TITAN LX SUPREME does not use oil.

None of the current AquaLung Environmental sealing system use silicone oil, have not for many years. I believe almost all of the diaphragm regs can have the Dry Sealed Environmental Seal kit added to them for $60 to $100.

All of the SUPREME models in the AquaLung line have the Dry Sealed Environmental Seal plus some have extra heat sinks for cold water use.
