Id try the Aqualung forum on here under manufacturers. I bet they will be able to tell you. They are nice BCs!
If the manufactures forum dosen't bring a response, you may want to post an image here. It may not provide the exact year but I bet some of us could get close.

They changed the weight pockets from velcro to special snap clips called "sure-lock" in 2003.
