I just don't log dives
Got three of these the other day... while very heavy they do offer good hose routing... unloved in the Australian market so couldn't resist a bargain :wink:
Just starting to strip, clean and overhaul them... like new inside!
The HP seat, seal and dished support ring, diaphragm and washer are all straight forward to source.
Just wondering about size and Duro specifications for o-rings 6, 9, 12, 18?
Any advice gratefully received so I can get them back into service!

True, and very useful in the past but unfortunately Aqualung changed their nomenclature for the SEA...
For example #12 is definitely not an AS568-038 and #18 isn't a -007

Not sure what the sizes are except for #12,that is a 011. It should not be hard to match them up. The durometers are easy. As a general rule if it has IP or less across it, 70 durometer, it it has high pressure across it, 90. SO:

#6 - 70 durometer , it serves as a spacer and seal for the filter so it has no pressure across it.
#9,12, 18- all 90 durometer since they all have high pressure across them.
 
Over the years I've collected 9 of these regs. First ones from 1988 still going strong. All converted to DIN for Cave and Side-mount diving. Spent a lot of time working out what the orings are.
Most of them are standard:
eg Block = BS006
But the base oring is metric 2 x 11
(I believe the regs were made at the Spiro factory in Europe - but cant confirm)
Anyway - I've used 2x11 for servicing for years and had no problems.
Alternatively service kits are available:

- Kit 122204 contains all the parts for DIN and Yoke

If your tool had a scale painted on it for the user to confirm that they had reproduced the document at exactly 100% scale, it would be more useful. Or did I not see it somewhere on the page?
