You only need replace the bottom band...

divad posted: I used to use one standard cam band @ the top of the tank and a SP one lower down, for ease of switching tanks on a rocking boat. Even on a really rough day, I could just throw the top standard band onto the tank, adjust it, and then connect the bottom band. Much easier than lifting the whole rig up and over the new tank in order to get the bottom band on. Also much easier than trying to hook up the SP one @ the top of the tank on a violently rocking boat.
