Hi:
I am looking at getting (re)certification courses for my parents who live in Hamilton but will be retiring and are heading south soon. I found a course which matches my requirements with the Aqua Knights club in Hamilton. Anyone familiar with this club, how active is it? How stringent is the training (Hint, more stringent is better)? I haven't lived in Hamilton for many years so I am not familiar with the current SCUBA scene. PM me with the information if you would prefer.
Thanks,
Watermonkey

The club is just that a club, its the instructor and what dive shop he is associted with that counts. Check out the instructor call his certification agency to see if he is of good standing. In Ontario instructor certifications are given out like candy and many times to all the wrong people, it may be even more comfortable for them to take there course in the southern warmth at a resort.
