I am taking a 3 mm suit but would like to have either lava core, polyfin or 1mm in case I am running a little warm and would like to dive lighter and still have coverage for scrapes and stings. Could someone give some advice on which one to buy? Thanks!:blinking:

I just returned from Grand Cayman and 3 days of diving. Water temps were in the low eighties. I was wearing my henderson hyper 1.5mm & I was very comfortable - maybe a little too warm. I'm a big guy (6' 4", 210lbs) and as a general rule - I run a bit on the warm side...
