Hi Folks

Need some advice please

I NEED :-) to go diving between Apr 22 - May 10. live in Toronto
Budget is approx 4 K
looking for places with clear visibility, but mainly big pelagics and huge schools of fish
torn between Costa Rica (Playas del Coco) and Isla Coiba Panama

any suggestions would be highly appreciated
