May I ask how you transformed the static exercises into dynamic ?
I do not see any mention at all of Shallow Water Blackout, which can kill a breath-hold diver. Do not do these "Tables" in the water. If you must, try them on dry land only.Swim while doing the tables instead of staying still. Not exactly a direct conversion but I reckon you can also walk if you want to do them dry.
I think 120 meters is 394 feet. You've got to watch the decimal point.Anyway the power of training in this sport is incredible. There is a girl an instructor who can do very easily 120 meters (393,701 feet) holding the breath during pool training sessions. I would say her lung capacity is 50% mine...
