Unlike Halcyon, the WTX wings have an optional dump on the right side... you can see the blanking plug in the link you posted

There's 2 cable ties on the inflator unit as well. Do they count as failure points??
It's a sealed unit, no springs for failure, therefore no failure point.
Also the WTX3 has only 1 dump, same as the eclipse.

If any BC wasn't a sealed unit, it wouldn't work very well

A blanking port is not a dump valve, therefore it is as much a failure point as the cable ties on your inflator hose.
There is no pull dump with the Inflator hose on the WTX series. You can only vent air from the inflator mechanism or the single dump valve on the left hand side.

FYI a 'failure point' is a part of a system that, if it fails, will stop the entire system from working
A single cable tie on the inflator is a failure point. Two cable ties on an inflator are not two failure points, since if one fails, the other one still maintains the integrity of the system
A blanking plug is a failure point, since if it fails, the system fails. A wing with a blanking plug and one dump valve has one more failure point than a wing that has one dump valve and no blanking plug
