Anyone use Freediving Fins for Scuba?

I am actually working on making a minimalist scuba set up right now.. but I will eventually be lugging a camera with me..

I mostly use the frog kick.. so in general stiffer is better for me.. but I was under the impression that most if not all free diving fins are stiffer than normal scuba fins.. So I was thinking even if I got the softest free diving fins I would have stiffer fins then what I use already (Dive Rite paddle type)..

I thought about going ahead and investing in some Omer Millenium fins, with the interchangeable blades.. I could order a few sets of different stiffness, and ebay the ones I like the least.. but that is a somewhat cost intensive system...
 
Omer fins are fine for a cheap plastic blade. I would start with the softest blade first. If they are too soft, I can sell you my black plastic Omer blades....For warm water without a sock, the cressi-sub fins are much more comfortable for me.
