What can i say about the mask? Tried for first time yesterday on a 3hour dive and first impressions is: why?
Why manufacturers did not evolve and still using the usual lens mask with tunnel and distortion vision ? Iam impressed with what we see underwater and assumed is natural or supposed to be ,untill now.

Iam not saying the hydro mask is perfect. Is not.Needs improvements.
Cons:
1.I need contact lenses +3.5 even that my eyes are perfect. (first time i use contact lenses and took me an hour to wear them.)
2.Some minor water leaks in the mask but i find this the same as any other mask i have used. The problem with the hydro is the water does not sit on the lower part of the mask but in the center of the glass dome which is distracting.

I photoshop a picture to show approx how is the view with hydrooptix and with usual mask just to get an idea for those who are curious, like i was.
