Anyone recommend books regarding fish and invertebrates in the Sea of Cortez

Check out 'Fishes of the Pacific Coast" by Gar Goodson and "Sea of Cortez Marine Animals - A Guide to the Common Fishes and Invertebrates Baja California to Panama" by Daniel W. Gotshall.

It's a great time of year to be in Baja - have a great trip!

You might also hunt down a copy of Susan Speck's Diving in Baja California". Susan is a aprtner in the Dolphin Dive Center in Loreto and has...well...a lot of expeience with diving in the Sea of Cortez.

In addition to those mentioned above Thomson, Findley and Kerstitch's Reef Fishes of the Sea of Cortez. And, of course, you could always buy a copy of my 2-disk DVD set on the fishes and marine inverts of the Sea of Cortez.
