I do appreciate your sentiment - I follow the same school of thought - and I had the opportunity to read the manual before it became a book (I had no pictures).
If you can get past the tone that is set sometimes - it is a great resource for improving your diving skills.

Congrats to you guys up there for bringing an instructor in to teach that - uhm - and hold on to your mask... ;-)
You will look at your buddies in a whole new light when you are done.

you can hold on all you want.... then you can pull out your spare and try to hold onto that too.... :p

and your buddy can pull his spare out too....
